Onboarding Wizard

When you create a new workspace, Helpium guides you through a setup wizard to get everything configured.

Wizard Steps

The onboarding wizard has three steps:

1. Workspace Setup

• Set your workspace name
• Upload your logo (optional)
• This step is automatically marked complete when your workspace has a name

2. Knowledge Base

• Create your first help articles
• The wizard links you to the article creation page
• This step is marked complete when you have at least one published article

3. Widget Installation

• Copy the widget embed code
• Add it to your website
• Test that the widget loads correctly

Progress Tracking

The wizard shows a percentage indicator based on how many steps you've completed. Progress is saved automatically. You can leave and return anytime.

Skipping the Wizard

If you prefer to set things up manually, click Skip to dismiss the wizard. You can always configure these settings later from the respective Settings pages.

Completing the Wizard

Once all steps are marked as complete, click Complete to finish the wizard. You'll be redirected to the main dashboard.
