What Happens During the Free Trial

Every Helpium plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

What you get during the trial

Full access to everything in the plan you chose. The trial is not a limited demo: the AI chatbot, the channels, the knowledge base and the inbox all work exactly as they will after you are billed.

Do I need a credit card?

Yes. A card is required to start the trial. It is not charged during the 14 days.

What happens when the trial ends

At the end of the 14 days your card is charged for the plan you selected, and your subscription begins. Nothing is interrupted and your data stays exactly as it is.

Can I cancel before then?

Yes. Cancel any time during the trial from Settings → Billing and you will not be charged.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can switch between plans at any point, during the trial or after. Your billing adjusts from that point onward.

What if I need longer to evaluate?

If 14 days is not enough to run a proper evaluation, contact sales and ask. It is a normal request.
