Managing Your Subscription and Invoices

Subscription Management

Helpium uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Only workspace owners can access billing settings.

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see your active plan, included limits, and current usage.

Changing Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan on the plan you'd like to switch to
  3. Complete the Stripe checkout process

Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

Viewing Invoices

Your 10 most recent invoices are displayed in Settings → Billing under the invoice history section. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and payment status.

Managing Payment Methods

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • Update your credit card
  • Change your billing address
  • Download PDF invoices

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription

Your workspace remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can resume the subscription during the grace period by clicking Resume Subscription.
