Categories in Helpium can have icons that appear in the help center, making it easier for customers to visually identify different sections.

Available Icons

Helpium supports a variety of icons for categories. Common options include:

• rocket: Getting started and quick guides
• book-open: Documentation and how-to guides
• credit-card: Billing and account management
• inbox: Conversations and messaging
• message-circle: Communication channels
• sparkles: AI and automation features
• users: Team and customer management
• bar-chart: Analytics and reporting
• settings: Configuration and preferences
• globe: Public-facing features
• code: API and developer documentation
• shield: Security and privacy
• wrench: Troubleshooting

Setting an Icon

When creating or editing a category:

1. Look for the Icon field
2. Enter the icon name (e.g., rocket, book-open)
3. Save the category

The icon appears next to the category name in the help center navigation.
