Managing Your Profile

Keep your profile information up to date for smooth team communication.

Changing Your Name

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Update the Name field
  3. Click Save

Your name appears in conversations when you reply to customers and in internal notes.

Changing Your Email

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Enter your new email address
  3. Click Save
  4. Verify the new email via the confirmation link sent to your inbox

Updating Your Password

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Enter your current password and your new password
  3. Click Update Password

We recommend using a strong password with at least 12 characters, including numbers and symbols.

Uploading an Avatar

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Click the avatar area to upload a new image
  3. Select an image file (JPG, PNG recommended)

Your avatar is shown in conversation replies and the team directory.

Setting Your Timezone

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Select your timezone from the dropdown
  3. Click Save

Timestamps throughout the dashboard will display in your selected timezone.
