How to Get Started with Helpium

There are two ways to start, and you can choose whichever suits you.

Sign up yourself

Create your account at https://helpium.io/register. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. A card is required to start, and it is not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

Once inside, you load your business information (your articles, products and answers), connect the channels your customers already use (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email or the chat widget on your website) and the AI starts answering from what you loaded.

Have the team set it up with you

If you prefer, someone from the Helpium team contacts you and shows you how Helpium would work for your business, and helps you set it up. Just ask for it in this chat and leave a way to reach you.

Payment

Helpium is paid by card. Subscriptions are charged in US dollars, monthly or yearly.
