Helpium has three plans. Every plan includes unlimited seats and unlimited human messages, so the price does not change as your team grows.

Basic - $14.99 per month

Billed yearly it comes to $12 per month.

• Up to 10 AI Actions, so the AI can call your own API to look things up and take action
• Up to 5 AI Workflows
• Priority support
• Additional AI usage billed at $0.99 per 1,000 AI messages

Enterprise - custom pricing

• Everything in Pro
• Unlimited AI messages, AI Actions and Workflows
• SSO and audit logs
• Custom integrations such as Salesforce, Jira or HubSpot
• Dedicated support and priority feature requests

How AI messages are counted

An AI message is one reply generated by the AI. Human replies from your agents are never counted and are unlimited on every plan. A typical conversation resolved entirely by the AI uses about five AI messages, which is where the conversation estimates above come from.

If you pass your monthly allowance, Helpium does not cut the AI off on Basic and Pro. The extra usage is billed at the overage rate for your plan. Human replies keep working regardless.
