Customizing Your Public Help Center

Help Center Customization

Your public help center is where customers browse your knowledge base articles. Customize it from Settings → Help Center.

Appearance

• Primary Color: Your brand color, used for buttons, links, icons and the search area
• Background Color: The page background color

Use hex color codes (e.g., #6366f1) for precise brand matching.

Content

• Header Title: The main heading displayed at the top of the help center (e.g., "How can we help?")
• Header Subtitle: A subtitle or description below the main heading

Display Options

Toggle these features on or off:

• Show Search: Display the search bar prominently at the top
• Show Popular Articles: Display the most-viewed articles on the home page
• Show Recent Articles: Display recently published articles on the home page

Custom CSS

For advanced customization, you can inject custom CSS to override any help center styles. Enter your CSS in the Custom CSS field and it will be applied to all help center pages.

Accessing Your Help Center

Your help center is available at a public URL based on your workspace. Use it to share with customers or link from your website.
