Browsing and Searching Customers

Customer Directory

The Customers page shows everyone who has contacted your support team across all channels.

Viewing Customers

Go to Customers in the sidebar to see your customer list. Each entry shows:

  • Customer name and email
  • First seen date
  • Last seen date
  • Conversation count

Searching Customers

Use the search bar at the top of the customer list to find customers by:

  • Name: Partial name matching
  • Email: Partial email matching

Sorting Customers

Click column headers to sort by:

  • Name (A-Z or Z-A)
  • Email
  • Last seen (most recent first)
  • First seen (newest first)
  • Created date

Quick Stats

The top of the Customers page shows summary statistics:

  • Total customers: All customers in your workspace
  • New today: Customers who contacted you for the first time today
  • Active today: Customers who sent a message today

How Customers Are Created

Customers are automatically created when someone:

  • Starts a conversation through the widget
  • Sends an email to your forwarding address
  • Messages you via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger

Customers are identified by their email address. If the same email is used across multiple channels, the conversations are linked to the same customer profile.
