Notification Preferences

Customize which notifications you receive from Settings → Notifications. Each team member configures their own preferences.

Available Notifications

Toggle each notification type on or off:

  • Conversation Assigned: When a conversation is assigned to you
  • New Message: When a new message is posted in a conversation you're involved with
  • Conversation Status Changed: When a conversation's status changes (resolved, closed, reopened)
  • Human Requested: When a customer asks to speak with a human agent (chatbot handoff)
  • Daily Digest: A daily summary of your workspace's support activity
  • Weekly Digest: A weekly summary with trends and highlights

Owner-Only Notifications

Workspace owners also see:

  • AI Conversation Limit: Alert when the workspace approaches its AI conversation limit for the month

In-App Notifications

All notifications appear in the notification bell in the top-right corner of the dashboard. You can:

  • View your most recent 20 notifications
  • Mark individual notifications as read
  • Mark all notifications as read at once

The unread count badge updates in real-time via WebSocket, so you'll see new notifications instantly without refreshing the page.
